HammerFall é uma banda sueca de power metal. Ela nasceu em 1993 quando Oscar Dronjäk, saiu da banda Ceremonial Oath e convidou Jesper Strömblad (do In Flames, e também um integrante original da banda Ceremonial Oath) para um novo projeto musical que ele estava idealizando.
